-As the artist I have rights to use my own work in anyway I want, such as using it to promote my own works. However if it is a suprise and you wish for it to be hidden for a certain time period, do say so and I will not post the work anytime before the agreed date.

-I dont allow commercial use of my art, however if you want to use my artwork please do ask as I may give permission/add an extra price for permission. Also for those who dont know, commercial use is reusing an art peice for profit, such as merch design.

-You can upload the art youve comissioned as long as you give credit, if you do not give credit or refuse to credit my work, there will be a public statement about whats happened and ill refuse to sell to you again. If you simply forgot but credit me after then thats alright.

-Please do not use my art in any edits as they usually never credit the artists, if you do wish to made a edit, please dm me on twitter so we can discuss the details of what you want to do.

-Do not trace or steal my art. You can use my art as a refrence however tracing/stealing is not acceptable.

-I will not draw NSFW, VORE, FETISH or any art that im uncomfortable with. I can draw slight NSFW as long as theres clothing, I will not draw private areas. Suggestive themes however I might as long as we discuss it before hand and im comfortable with it.

-I draw both human/anime and furry art, however please do remeber that human/anime art will cost more as it takes longer to draw than furry art.

-Only I am able to re-upload my own work, if you have commissioned the work then youre more than welcome to upload it as well as long as you remeber to credit me. If youre simply inspired by my work and want to use it as an example for anything, please dm me before hand and explain so then I may give permission.

-Do NOT claim that youve, or anyone else, made MY artwork, I drew it with lots of effort and stealing it is not allowed.

-I do not claim the characters in the commissioned peices, some may have my character involved however which I will state in the posts. If you ask me for permission to use the peice for whatever and I do agree, you must have contacted the character owner/commissioner before hand and have proof that they have allowed you to use that work.

-This should already been well known by the rest of whats been written but REMEBER TO CREDIT ME.

-Please try to remeber this as such a small thing as this may end up as my refusal to work/co-operate with me, it may not seem like a big issue but my art has been stolen before, as well as people trying to hide my signature thus making me anxious and paranoid. Thanks in advance!

-Always credit "@UnknownTora on twitter", if youre using another media platform such as instagram that I am officially on please tag that account as well as crediting my twitter as thats where my main works and projects go.

-I only currently accept money via Paypal. Keep in mind my work costs in GBP (great british pounds) so thats what ill expect the money as. If you are on a tight/certain budget and your currency is not GBP, make sure to convert your money currency into GBP to ensure you have enough.

-I always expect half the payment first, this is a rule to keep me and you safe. As ive been scammed before, Ill request half the amount first, after I send the finished sketch and youre happy with it, I expect the other half of the payment after before I finish off the comission. The only exceptions ill do will depend on the person/ if i know them/ what others has said about them. Eg a trusted buyer I would wait for payment after the art, however someone who has sketchy comments or warnings about them I would make them pay the full price first.

-Once you confirm that youre glad with these rules and happy to use paypal, I will send my details over and will only begin when the first half of the payment comes through. This will usually always be done before I start otherwise I will not start.

-If you do not have enough money and want to stay in the queue, remeber that untill you pay you will be pushed towards the back as alot of scamming goes on and id rather not risk it. Ill hold your spot for 2 months before messaging saying that youre out the queue, if you are determined to stay in then you can pay then to stay longer, this dosent make sense as it would be better to save up to pay for the comission but since it happens itll be an option, however after 6 months I will not accept that anymore and youll be out.

-If you want a refund, note that you can only do this during the process however if I get to a stage, eg the sketch, Ill still charge for the sketch but call the rest of the comission off as its unfair to me as I have other things to do as well, and a full refund would make my effort and time cost nothing.

-If I attempt to do the comission and in the end I am unable to do it, I will send over what I was able to do and give a full refund as thats on my side. Remeber I can also refuse a commission straight up if I think I cant do it too.

-I use all the work I do and use it to promote myself, eg on my twitter, my site and other places I may use. I will always include my signature in all my works to make sure it does not get stolen.

-You are NOT allowed to attempt to get rid of my signature under any circumstances, wheather you think itll look better without or trying to steal it etc.

-If you are worried about the progrss on my work, eg if im busy and taking a while you can message once every 3 days, or any update I give. Constant messages and pressure will end up in either a rushed and not so nice peice or I will call it off and demand payment for what I have drawn so far, if I havent started then ill reject the request.

-Once again I have to mention, I am more than able to refuse a commission for any reason. Please do not get mad or try to start an argument as it could be since it makes me uncomfortable, I don think ill be able to do it etc. Meaning in the end it will look terrible and not worth it, id also be likely to quit the comm and request some payment, which in the end wastes both our time and your money.
